[ Hzgg 3 - Episode 14 ]

Typical, this week’s episodes will be following the dates. Today is Episode 14 and it’s Valentine’s Day for Heaven’s sakes! Wait, did you guys notice the change of book in the end of the ending scene? Instead of the book that has picture of Xiao Yan Zi, Yong Qi, Zi Wei and Er Kang, now it has picture of Xiao Yan Zi, Yong Qi and Zhi Hua. The second book. So it’s now in second book… Pft! Scary!


One thing I realized, ZI Wei no longer calls Yong Qi, Wu Ah Ge like she used to in Hzgg 2. Wow-ishness!


Okay, this episode really continues from the previous episode. Scary isn’t it, the time has come for us to kick Lao Fo Ye and Zhi Hua’s ass real bad. Yong Qi will be marrying Zhi Hua real soon… Oh man… I’m fainting, I’m fainting!


The 14th episode of Tian Shang Ren Jian starts with…


Ming Yue and Cai Xia running into Jing Yang Gong, saying that Lao Fo Ye invited them over to have dinner with her and to talk about Xiao Jian and Qing Er’s wedding. After the maids and eunuchs congratulated Xiao Jian and Qing Er, they all left for Ci Ning Gong.


At Ci Ning Gong, they were sitting at a round table with lotsa foods and of course wine on the table. Lao Fo Ye said they should have a toast for Xiao Jian and Qing Er. Zhi Hua went to serve wine, the wine actually have sleeping pills inside it, unknown to the youngsters. After much drinking, Lao Fo Ye opened the subject, asking Xiao Jian since he’s marrying into her family, there must be any secrets between them. She continued, what was Xiao Yan Zi and Xiao Jian’s real intention, coming into the palace and seduced a prince and a princess. Xiao Yan Zi was confused. Lao Fo ye asked what was his relationship with Fang Zhi Han. Er Kang stood up, trying to pretend innocent, but was dismissed by Lao Fo Ye, saying that the 6 of them hid the secret together. Xiao Yan Zi was shocked of course when Lao Fo ye said about them helping the two to revenge at Huangshang. She turned to Yong Qi, saying that he’s just the same though he’s Huangshang’s natural son. Yong Qi was in total confusion, asking Lao Fo Ye what kind of secret. Yong Qi asked Xiao Jian, whether he has secrets with Xiao Yan Zi.


Later Xiao Jian couldn’t stand it anymore and laughed out evilly. He told the truth to Xiao Yan Zi who stared back at him all the time. “Fang Zhi Han is our dad, because of a poem he was killed by Huangshang 24 years ago in front of the temple in Hang Zhou. Your Huang Ah Ma is our father’s killer”. Xiao Yan Zi was damn shocked and slumped into her seat. Xiao Jian told her that he lied about their father’s name because she fell in love with someone she shouldn’t have fell for. It was the only way. Er Kang and Zi Wei were worried and sat on their chairs again. Later a group of guards came into the room to catch them all I guess. Xiao Jian fought them and later Yong Qi joined to protect Xiao Yan Zi who was too shocked to even move. It touched me when Yong Qi said he’ll kill everyone who dares to touch Xiao Yan Zi . Then Er Kang joined in, but they somehow began to tire out. One by one the men fell onto the floor, unconscious. Zi Wei was sad saying how could Lao Fo Ye do this; they came with sincere hearts and dropped onto the floor. Qing Er wanted to kill herself with a piece of shard but was stopped by a guard and fainted. Xiao Yan Zi went to Xiao Jian, asking him to wake up and to Yong Qi, promising she’ll study, draw and do anything if Yong Qi wakes up. She then fainted on Yong Qi. So sweet! Hehe…


In a Secluded Room of Ci Ning Gong [Locked!], the youngsters were laid down on the floor next to each other. Xiao Yan Zi was first to wake up, followed by Er Kang. Er Kang helped both Zi Wei and Xiao Yan Zi to get up. Somehow I feel nice to see Er Kang helping Xiao Yan Zi. Later they woke Xiao Jian, Yong Qi and Qing Er up. Yong Qi quickly went to Xiao Yan Zi who was drowsy, standing against the table. Er Kang commented thank goodness it’s only sleeping pills not real poison, adding how easy they could be killed. Xiao Yan Zi went to Xiao Jian, demanding the real truth, she was still confused. “Looks like I’ve to tell the truth. Our dad was a Zhe Jiang Da Ren, he was live in public” Xiao Yan Zi began crying and hitting Xiao Jian, saying she doesn’t believe it and Huangshang is not the killer. Adding she wouldn’t be married to the son of her dad’s killer. She began crying and hitting Xiao Jian frantically. If it’s all true why didn’t he take her away when they were in Nan Yang? Why didn’t he separate Yong Qi and her? Why did he let her return to palace? Why let her call her father’s murderer father? Later she broke down in Xiao Jian’s arms. Xiao Jian said it’s his entire fault, he shouldn’t have said Xiao Yan Zi’s his sister, he should have left, he shouldn’t have returned to the palace and fell in love with Qing Er.


Xiao Yan Zi still didn’t believe it. Huangshang treated her nicely eventhough he knew she was the fake princess, asking her to stay, loving her, educating her, taking care of her. He didn’t care whether she was uneducated or not, he even agreed with her marriage with Yong Qi, gave her a Jian Pai, brought her back from Nan Yang personally, he’s like her natural father so she doesn’t want to believe it. Yong Qi was crying. Qing Er went to embrace Xiao Jian. Lao Fo ye and Zhi Hua watched from outside the room through a small opening. Zi Wei told Xiao Yan Zi that she already knew about it, along with Er Kang in Nan Yang but decided to keep it a secret. Er Kang added that if they told her, she wouldn’t marry Yong Qi, they had good intention as well. Xiao Yan Zi hugged Zi Wei, saying that she knew how she loves Huangshang. Yong Qi marched to Xiao Jian and scolded Xiao Jian why is he saying that Huangshang is their father’s killer, asking Xiao Yan Zi not to believe it. He went to the still shocked and tears-stricken Xiao Yan Zi, saying they’ll investigate the whole deal; Huangshang’s killing order is very serious. Adding that Xiao Yan Zi had been living on street [Okay, I don’t know how to translate this Malay word of berkelana. What the shit is that???], they don’t know whether she’s Xiao Jian’s natural sister for real.


Xiao Yan Zi was enraged, pushing Yong Qi away. “Don’t touch me! Your dad killed my dad. You’re the son of my dad’s killer! Go! I don’t want to see you, I cannot even face my dad and now you’re saying that Xiao Jian’s not my real brother. You’re mean! If you say again, I’ll hate you!” She kept saying “I hate you” as she stomped away from Yong Qi and cried. Yong Qi slowly went to her. “We’d gone through so many obstacles that we can reach this day, my sincerity to you, everyone knows it. I also don’t know about your dad’s matter, I don’t have any choice either” Xiao Yan Zi turned to face Yong Qi. “If I knew about it earlier, you would have left me right?” Yong Qi answered “No, I would have brought you to Dali” Upon hearing this, Xiao Yan Zi went into Yong Qi’s arms and embraced him tightly. For the first time, I can feel the feelings in the air. The way he hugged her, finally, intimate enough! Xiao Yan Zi said she didn’t hate Yong Qi. Lao Fo Ye closed the small opening. Watching Yong Qi and Xiao Yan Zi’s intimate moment, Er Kang [in his always calm mode ] asked everyone to calm down and not to cry anymore. They’ve to investigate about it and said they’re now locked in and if Huangshang knows about it, can they live through it? He thinks even 10 Jian Pai cannot save them [I find this scene rather amusing because Er Kang was using his fingers to count ]


Scene changed to in Ci Ning Gong. I’ll make it short for sure. Lao Fo Ye was worried, wanted to tell Huangshang but Zhi Hua stopped her. Later Lao Fo Ye asked Zhi Hua to marry Yong Qi. She said Han [Zhi Hua is Han] cannot be empress if marries emperor but if she marries a future emperor, she’ll become empress. She also says that Zhi Hua will become her little spy in Jing Yang Gong [Ebilness! ]. Lao Fo ye said if Wu Ah Ge refuses, she’ll ask Huangshang to kill Xiao Yan Zi, making Zhi Hua all shocked.


Back in the Secluded Room, Er Kang said this thing is bad. When Fang Da Ren was killed, his whole family was killed so that they won’t revenge. Now that Lao Fo Ye knows about this, how much Huangshang loves Xiao Yan Zi, he won’t have any other choice. Yong Qi had his arm around Xiao Yan Zi’s shoulder all the time and another hand holding Xiao Yan Zi’s hand as well. Er Kang said the only option left is if Lao Fo Ye kept it a secret. Yong Qi said “Kill the whole family? Xiao Yan Zi is my wife, I’ll be killed as well. Huang Ah Ma is my father, Lao Fo Ye is my grandmother, Zi Wei is my sister, Er Kang is my brother-in-law, all the Ah Ge and Gege in the palace will be killed as well?!” Er Kang said only those who’re meant to be killed will be killed. Zi Wei meanwhile was worried about her parents-in-law. She doesn’t care about her life but worried about Dong Er who’s only 3 years old. Xiao Jian then said maybe Yong Qi’s right, Xiao Yan Zi is not his sister. He wanted to find Abbess Jing Hui but in the end he didn’t want. Not he thinks there’s something wrong, she doesn’t look like him at all. Er Kang said they should find Abbess Jing Hui to confirm it. Xiao Yan Zi was enraged “You don’t want to admit me as your sister because you think I’m scared of death?! How could you?!” She was mad and went hitting Xiao Jian but was stopped by Yong Qi. Later a guard came saying Lao Fo Ye invited Zi Wei and Er Kang over to see her. Yong Qi asked Er Kang and ZI Wei to save the best and to think about themselves not the others, think about Dong Er. So they left to see Lao Fo Ye.


Short-short… blah, blah. Lao Fo Ye said she almost fell for everything Xiao Yan Zi said, blah, blah. Er Kang said Lao Fo Ye cannot tell Huangshang cuz Xiao Yan ZI will be killed. Wu Ah Ge will also be devastated. If Xiao Jian is killed as well, Qing Er will be extremely sad. In the end she concluded that Qing Er must stay and Xiao Yan Zi must leave!

It’s scary how this episode went by, marking that the worst is coming real soon… And also, not to forget now that family’s truth is out, Zhi Hua will come into the picture as Yong Qi’s wife real soon and everything will go wrong after that! Poor Xiao Yan Zi the most!


Love the part where Yong Qi hugged Xiao Yan Zi!


Lao Fo Ye and Zhi Hua stay the main villain in this episode. Pft… Cannot wait to see tomorrow’s episode. Adios!
