[ Hzgg 3 - Episode 10 ]

Okay, it’s already the 10th episode of Hzgg 3 and I cannot stand it already. Today’s episode is about Xia Ying Ying and Huangshang again. Pft, he’s old, does he know that Xiao Ying Ying is like his grandchild already?! Okay, so let’s start talking about today’s episode. Are they going to change the opening credit’s song after this? I heard they are! I hope it won’t cuz I love ‘Tian Shang Ren Jian’ so much! It’s okay if they use ‘Zhi Yau You Ni’ though… But I’ll miss the opening credits for sure! Ahhh… So touching part… *Watches again and again*. I’ll make the summary short and sweet tonight. I have so many homework to do. I just started my Chinese class and darn, the pinyin and pihua are so hard! I’m dying… :-p So many words to write and weird lines here and there!


Zi Wei and Er Kang went to visit Xia Ying Ying at Chui Yun Ge [The most famous brothel in Hang Zhou]. Xia Ying Ying asked, Zi Wei must be Yu He’s daughter. She said Huangshang had told her everything already. She continued, she never thought that that night, she went out and played a song, and just because of a song, Huangshang had fallen in love. She said Huangshang cannot forget Yu he, that’s why he mistaken her as Yu He reborn. Er Kang asked whether she’s Zi Wei’s relative cuz she looks just like Zi Wei, very independent and special. Xia Ying Ying said she cannot be compared with Zi Wei Gege. So Er Kang opened the real topic then. Ying Ying said she knew about Huanghou getting sent back so she concluded that they came to blame her for that but they denied it. Zi Wei said they came to ask for help. Zi Wei began her speech, saying that Xia Ying Ying is not her mother and is totally different from her. She’s heard a lot of good things from Huangshang and went to tell her sneak peek of palace’s life. Zi Wei asked her not to become like her mother. Er Kang defended Zi Wei when Ying Ying attacked her, saying that Huangshang’s love for her is actually for someone else and she should be scared because one day, Huangshang will realize the love he had for Ying Ying is nothings actually, so what will happen to her. He said in palace, she cannot ask for anyone’s help and is she willing to gamble her future just for this fake love? She said why she would reject when Huangshang wanted her. She said a girl like her, getting some love form Huangshang is such a big surprise.


She asked ZI Wei whether she should give up on this love, telling her she’d heard that Zi Wei and Er Kang had gone through a lot before getting married, was she willing to give up just because someone else said so? Zi Wei said if she’s in love already, there’s nothing they could do. She said she’d tried to talk to Huangshang but failed. Because of Ying Ying, Huangshang fought with Huanghou, went against Lao Fo Ye, the kids also suffered and she herself got slapped by him. Zi Wei and Er Kang were about to leave when Xia Ying Ying said things would be different if she’s a daughter of a rich family, right? Zi Wei agreed saying that it doesn’t matter if she’s with someone else but with Huangshang, she’ll be badly criticized and until one time, she’ll wish to be dead. Er Kang added that the main reason of this trip was to take a look at the people’s life but ended up marrying a beautiful young woman, what the Imperial Court people will say and not to forget Huangshang’s people of course. He asked to think about Huangshang, he’s not a commoner, he has big responsibilities. Then they left after Zi Wei said some stuff about Ying Ying being so totally different from her mother.


Later at Zi Wei’s room, Yong Qi and Xiao Yan Zi were there too. Er Kang said they were scolded badly. Yong Qi said he never agreed with the idea and yet they still went there. Ying Ying was a prostitute and got a once-in-a-lifetime chance to become an Imperial Concubine, how could she let go of it just like that. Then they asked whether Xiao Jian and Qing Er had come back but Yong Qi answered nope. He commented that Xiao Jian is a bit crazy, he IS Xiao Yan Zi’s brother, and as a result, he got a cold stare from Xiao Yan Zi . Er Kang got up, saying that maybe something had happened.


By the river, Qing Er said now she understands why Xiao Jian was acting weirdly all this time. She said that Xiao Yan Zi is married to Yong Qi and Huangshang’s intending to make Wu Ah Ge a Tai Zi and when he becomes Huangshang, Xiao Yan Zi will become a Huanghou and will become the ‘Nation’s mother’ so he has to keep it as a secret and don’t ruin Xiao Yan Zi’s happiness. Xiao Jian said he’d agreed to do so cuz if not, he would never agree to their marriage. She said later Zhi Hua will come and after they went back to Beijing, she planned to run away with Xiao Jian, 3 days after that.


Later, scenes of Xia Ying Ying getting drunk with a bunch of boys, singing merrily on a boat and sometimes spending some intimate moment with Huangshang were shown. She got drunken everyday and at the same time, spent time with Huangshang. Later Huangshang invited Ying Ying to his boat and was shocked to see her all drunk. She said she got drunken everyday, it’s her life. Later, after a very long talk with Xia Ying Ying, Huangshang realized that Zi Wei and Er Kang must had gone to see her earlier until she changed her mind about the whole ‘concubine’ thingy. She told him not to be mad at them since he’d already sent Huanghou back to the palace and everybody in Hang Zhao is talking about it. She didn’t want to feel guilty, guiltier that is. She said she’d made her decision to stay and no one could change her mind.


At Er Kang’s boat, Xiao Yan Zi peeped out the window, saying that she’d counted that Miss Xia had been there for 4 hours already and nobody dared to enter the boat. Er Kang said hopefully she won’t tell anything about them. Yong Qi added he must be ready since he’d said the lady was quite good. Zi Wei said it’s true. Hey cannot hide anyway. Maybe tomorrow they’ll be sent back… . Xiao Yan Zi got a bit mad and said he couldn’t send everybody back to the palace or… does he want to stay all alone with Miss Xia??? Xiao Yan Zi went to Xiao Jian to ask for his opinion but he said not to ask him anything about Huangshang and Xiao Jian said he’s already given Xiao Yan Zi to Yong Qi, she should not come to him again . Yong Qi stepped in the middle, asking them not to fight. Suddenly Qing Er came, saying that things are getting worst.


Lao Fo Ye is mad, Ling Fei is sad and didn’t want to eat dinner. Lao Fo ye asked her to go peep Huangshang and she said she saw Huangshang having dinner with Miss Xia, drinking wine, so romantic. She was scared to tell Lao Fo Ye. Xiao Yan Zi said they couldn’t continue their life like this. If Zi Wei gets sent back, they all might as well go back together. So she marched to Huangshang’s room, trailed by them all yelling at her to stop.


So she went to Huangshang’s room, pouring out her mind. She said they all are not as important as Miss Xia, he only wants Miss Xia and not them, yesterday he’d already sent Huanghou back, tomorrow Er Kang and Zi Wei and later Lao Fo ye and Ling Fei. She said he doesn’t need to kick her away, she’ll leave by herself but before that she needs to say something. As she turned to face Miss Xia, the rest entered the room. Yong Qi explained to Huangshang and said he’ll be leaving together with Xiao Yan Zi. Zi Wei said she’d made Miss Xia mad and she shall leave with Xiao Yan Zi and Yong Qi. Er Kang will be staying since Fu Lun had told him to guard Huangshang. Xiao Jian wanted to follow cuz afraid Xiao Yan Zi will get into trouble and would like to bring Qing Er together. Zi Wei asked Huangshang not to be mad and told Miss Xia to take care of Huangshang. But she said she couldn’t cuz she’d made Huangshang agreed not to make her his concubine. Miss Xia went to Xiao Yan Zi, asking her what was she going to say. Xiao Yan Zi got nervous and began saying all the nice things about her and Zi Wei added that it’s hard to forget Miss Xia. Ying Ying went to Huangshang, saying that she’s proud that he has kids who cared a lot for him. Huangshang then told them all to leave since they’d said goodbye to him. Knowing she was wrong already, Xiao Yan Zi said that even if Huangshang kicked them away, they won’t leave and won’t agree with him. No matter what, they won’t leave. Yong Qi added that they should accompany Lao Fo ye to eat since she hadn’t eaten yet and left Huangshang for some privacy.


In Xiao Yan Zi’s room, Xiao Yan Zi jumped into Yong Qi’s arm and he spun her around . She was happy that all their problems have been solved. They all will be smiling after this. Yong Qi said only one person won’t be smiling, that is Huangshang of course. He must be sad that he’d to end his relationship. Xiao Yan Zi said he still got them and pondered what to do. She told Yong Qi that he should write all assignments to make Huangshang happy, dragging Yong Qi to his study table. She said Yong Qi told her that he’d a lot of plans so he should begin writing and maybe write more and asked him to finish it tonight. Yong Qi said it’s not that easy cuz he’d to inspect places first. Xiao Yan Zi suggested that they should take Huangshang out for dinner and Yong Qi thought deep about it.


Later they brought Huangshang to a famous restaurant, San Wai San. Xiao Yan Zi was missing; Yong Qi said she went to the kitchen to check on the food. Ling Fei was worried that Xiao Yan Zi might be cooking but Er Kang assured she won’t be cuz they won’t let her to. Later a waiter came, it’s Xiao Yan Zi. She brought them some hot towel, but they were too hot. She accidentally threw one to Yong Qi’s face who ‘scolded’ her as the towel was hot. Ling Fei realized it’s Xiao Yan Zi and they all smiled. Later Yong Qi asked her what type of teas they have and Xiao Yan Zi began saying out various names of teas. Zi Wei went to make tea while Xiao Yan Zi said out various type of wines. It seemed that she’d memorized all the names . Huangshang ordered for ‘Sao Xing’ wine. When Huangshang asked her what type of food they have, Xiao Yan Zi began saying out a long list of food. They all watched in amusement while Yong Qi was kinda proud of his wife. Er Kang was shocked, staring at Xiao Yan Zi. Later he chuckled. Lao Fo ye and Qing Er were grinning, amused by Xiao Yan Zi. Later they all clapped. Huangshang commented that she must had been memorizing the names for a very long time and said it must be easier than poems. Xiao Yan Zi said if he wants her to memorize poems, she would do it as long as he is not mad anymore. So later, Huangshang ordered for all the food. They all cheered for Huangshang’s happiness.

Nothing to rant about, just that I’m quite mad by the way Xiao Jian talked to Xiao Yan Zi. As if he doesn’t care for her anymore…


Wow, managed to type real fast and finished it tonight.. hehe… my bad hurts, aiyoh…
